Olusola Togun-Butler, who goes by Sola, psychiatrist and CEO of Butterfly Counseling Services, is trying to normalize mental health therapy in Black communities and for people of color. She wants to let them know that needing help is part of life.

“It is very important to me that mental health services be affordable,” Sola says. “So that was my goal behind it. Let’s make mental health services affordable, and also provide mental health services to communities of color.”
